Delivery across the UAE
Orders are dispatched via insured courier to any of the seven Emirates. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order for dispatch — most orders leave our facility within one business day.
- Delivery is tracked door-to-door, with a signature required on receipt.
- Packaging is discreet and gives no outward indication of contents.
- You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
- Delivery fees, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Pickup & Vault Collection
If you'd prefer not to have your order delivered, select Pickup / Vault at checkout. Our team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient collection time, with identification required at pickup for security.
Order Tracking
You can check the current status of any order — Pending, Paid, Fulfilled, or Completed — by logging into your account and visiting your order history. If anything looks unclear, our team is always reachable directly.
